Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR related activities.
Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes:
Organizational Development
Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues
The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development and Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Performance Management.
Prepare job description of employees.
Plan and design annual training calendar for employees and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training plan and also Manage training budget.
Develop attractive soft skill training. Deploy a wide variety of training methods and develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
Discover business opportunities by identifying target and evaluating their position in the center.
The applicants must have sound knowledge in the Bangladesh Labor Law and latest amendment made on Labor Law.
Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration. Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
Design HR policies, procedures & updating of Organogram of the organization
Managing & monitoring relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, recommending new products, recommending facilities and service improvements.
Maintain and control admin issues i.e. Utility services, housekeeping, accommodation, office equipment’s, canteen, safety & security, decoration, program arrangements, staff activities, expatriate management etc. of the company.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Experience in using ERP (SAP/ Oracle/ DreamApps etc.) software for Human Resource Management is highly preferred.
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla is a pre-requisite.
