HR/ Compliance Manager – Welltex Group

Job Description / Responsibility
Developing strategic approach on human resource development and ensure effective implementation
Update and implement all Compliances Policy and Job description of employees.
Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
Responsible for all types of PPE Training and Development
Have to ensure internal audit monthly
Follow up & Monitor all compliance related task as well
Sound knowledge on Accord & Alliance
Responsible for entire Recruitment, Attendance, Overtime authorization and Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Grievance handling Policy, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
Sound knowledge on Labor Law , Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law and ILO Convention

Educational Requirements
Minimum Masters.
MBA preferable.

Experience Requirements
10 to 15 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Able to work independently & handle customer’s audit specially on accord & alliance
Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality
Excellent communication proficiency in English.

Salary Range
