Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any faulty network systems (replacing hardware when necessary);
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work;
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule;
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders;
Architect new networks implementing and configuring security appliances where necessary;
Perform and store data backups as required;
Monitor and Maintain small distributed cloud infrastructure;
Ensure updating records of workstations, printers/scanners, computer names, staff accounts and locations;
Have to design & Up gradation planning of current JAAGO Foundation Online School system;
Providing support at the organizational event inside/outside of the organization;
Communicate with Internet Service Provider and ensure Connectivity;
Perform procurement IT product as per organization policy;
Provide support, identify problems’ root causes and provide solutions accordingly.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Educational qualification may be considered as per experience.
