Junior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive – Eon Foods Limited (A concern of Eon Group of Industries)

Job Context
This position is responsible for executing the sales in the market with food products of Eon Foods Ltd (EFL). EFL is a sister concern of the conglomerate business Eon Group Industries is one of the fastest-growing consumer goods manufacturer and marketer. Its flagship brand named “COUNTRY NATURAL” is the trusted frozen food products which are certified by ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL. Some highlighting points of our COUNTRY NATURAL products are mentioned: Chickens are grown at Eon`s own farm by maintaining strict bio-security & hygiene. It uses natural feed produced at our own feed mill and our chickens are Residual Antibiotic, MBM, and Hormone-free.

Job Responsibilities
Drive primary & Secondary sales
Expanding the Market coverage through distributors & new outlets
Distributor & outlets management
Sales Representative / Brand Promoter management
Ensure product availability in the market
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales report

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Bachelor in Business will be preferred
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer foods

Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 30 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Experience in Field Sales, dealing with dealers will get Preference.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good Verbal Communication Skills.
Negotiation Skill.
In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
Job Location

Tk. 12000 – 15000 (Monthly)
