Knowledge & Information Management Officer – Al-Khair Foundation, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing concept notes, project proposals, progress report, monitoring & evaluation report, completion report for HQ and different stakeholders.
Develop high quality documents and demonstrate creativity in writing and presenting documents.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report.
Prepare situation report, action plans for the HQ. Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins etc.
Write event reports, meeting minutes, developing publication materials and publish them through various platforms for the wider audience.
Conceptualize, design, post in, and administer the social media platform (i.e. facebook, instragram and youtube)
Documents and share monitoring feedback and knowledge events to inform new program design, planning and learning.
Travel frequently to project areas and mobilize related stakeholders and beneficiary communities as per the project activities.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority.

Educational Requirements
Masters degree in any discipline in Social Science, English or related.
Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Communication skill
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age at least 28 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Advance in MS Word, Excel, and Power point.
Willingness to make frequent trips to hard to reach areas.
Communication skills, both written and spoken, in both English and Bangla.
Must be comfortable and confident to attend and facilitate internal/external meetings.
Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in team setting.
Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, priorities work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and competing priorities and maintain attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills, problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility.
