Northern Tosrifa Group is looking for Young, Dynamic and proactive individuals to fill the role of Management Trainee for its Supply Chain Department

Job Responsibilities
Ensure a smooth supply of all raw materials, operational inputs in time and managing the supply for all opeation
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices
Ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
Monitor international markets for yearn and textile chemicals
Follow up of all the procurement related work and maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers
Ensure delivery within required deadline
Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers
Cross check with suppliers ahead to get on time delivery to ensure timely delivery to the respective location
Identify and implement innovative approach in buying process
Prepare & maintain updated procurement data
Prepare and submit all management report regarding procurement
Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Professional degree in Supply Chain will be considered as an advantage
Skills Required: Procurement, Supply Chain

Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 28 years
Basic knowledge about supply chain department roles
Basic idea about garments industry processes
Basic knowledge about procurement process
Conversant with MS Office applications
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
