Manager/ Asst. Manager (Accounts & Finance) – Oriental Group.

Job Context
Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
Oriental Group is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive professional who has at least 6 years experience in Accounts & Finance Department.

Job Responsibilities
Accountable for overall management of finance, audit and accounting activities.
Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Develop documents, implement and maintain internal and external accounting information.
Monitor the Tax & VAT related matters and maintain liaison with Tax & VAT authorities for settlement of related issues and also ensure compliance with laws. Act as an adviser to management in taking decision on Bank, Tax, Regulatory matters.
Preparing financial statement of individual project for a specific period of time or as desire by Management.
Managing Banking Activities & Reconcile Bank Ledger with Ledger of Accounts Dept.
Perform all Accounts & Financial activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
Masters / MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance)/ from reputed universities.
CA Qualified (CA-CC could also apply).
Experience Requirements
At least 6 year(s)

The applicants should have vast experience in maintaining the books of accounts of a freight forwarding.
Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
Good command in English both in writing & speaking.
Has strong communication skill.
Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software).
Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
Leadership and Team Management skills.
