Job Responsibilities
Responsible to maintain & supervise collection of client’s payments and all recovery related activities independently.
Reporting of payment schedule on a regular basis and issue statements of due payments.
Following up with overdue payments, working to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment.
Communicating with clients regarding their installment payment schedules and providing them with any necessary information or assistance.
Capable of achieving a set target.
Working closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that all payment-related information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist, prepare and process clients housing loan documents.
Computer literacy and Excellent command in English for verbal & written correspondence.
