Manager, Customer Relationship Management – – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
To maintain full compliance of the company documents on behalf of all parties involved and must be process-oriented and ensure work is done as per schedule.
Manager, Customer Relationship Management should be comfortable in dealing with government officials of all levels in the concerned offices such as AC Land, RAJUK & NHA.
Monitoring and coordinating with the team for checking Legal Property Ownership Documents for saleability, vetting of the property in concerned government offices, and preparing LEGAL OPINION of the Property based on vetting results.
Monitoring Daily Team Activities Such As, Document checking Update, Agreement preparation, Commission collection, Transaction update, Overall customer satisfaction, daily reporting to the Head of CRM & Top Management.
