Looking For : Manager/ Deputy Manager – Land Procurement (Head of Department) Ahmedia Developer Ltd.

Job Responsibilities
• Land procurement and related affairs of company including leading a team. Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, Far Calculation, calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc regarding land procurement for large and small Projects.
• Highly self Capable on Land Development for Joint Venture.
• Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka city.
• Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
• Convincing capacity of handling with the Land owners.

Masters degree in any discipline
