Processing Payroll Adjustment
Checking Statutory Compliance
Employee Engagement
Arrange Training and Development as per demand
Performance Management
Off Boarding and Exit Formalities
Full and Final Settlement
Arrange all social event
Maintain the company’s FB page
Coordinate all issues between all departments
Prepare all kinds of HR reports.
Open to work on whatever related work allotted
Coordinate all Administrative Tasks.
Coordination of Employee Transportation and Logistics support.
Maintain Employees Personnel Data.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource
Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age at most 33 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Excellent teamwork capability
Quick learner
Excellent Communication Skill in English and Bangla
