The company hire as a responsible person who is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner and will report to Chairman and Group Managing Director/Director/ any assigned person by the management.
Suggest the Policy/Guideline/Budgeting and get management approval for implementation in perspective of business demand of the company.
Ensure overall security system of the Factory and Head Office of the group and getting weekly confidential report from unit security I/C for onward discussion with the management regarding loophole if any.
Ensure transportation management (Scheduling, tracking, maintenance & documentation) and submit report to the management on monthly basis.
Monitoring the I/T operation of the Division to facilitate LAN & internet connection, CC-TV, Telephone/mobile etc.
Maintain statutory affairs like Factory license, Fire license, Environment license, Trade license, BSTI, BGMEA, PDB/REB/DESA, WASA, T&T, City Corporation, Police, RAB, Industrial police, provide furniture/office equipment, etc.
Ensure “General Service” like cleanliness, Electricity, Gas, Water, Phone, Stationery item, Photocopy, document mailing, buyer entertainment etc.
Monitor overall organizing, and arrangement for Management Coordination meeting & conference, and ensure follow up.
Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
Checking/verifying and recommend the bill submitted by different department for purchase and other purpose of Administration.
Handling legal affairs like contract deed making, hearing of pending cases of the group by utilizing lawyers (both full time appointed & external retainers).
Providing logistic support for smooth execution of operation required by any department of Factory /Head office.
Look after company’s legal matters related to local police/RAB, law enforcing agencies and with NSI/SB.
Manage any kind of undesirable situation that require administrative support.
Liaison with different government offices for various licensing.
Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.
Bachelor of Law (LLB), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline
