Job Context
This role is responsible to design/conceptualize Heath, Safety and Environment related policies, processes system and evaluation for any exigency at the group
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to build a safety culture in the organization
Design Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and processes across the organization
Conducting & Monitoring HSE initiatives and safety meetings/discussions/training programs across plants/units
Monitor the man-days lost due to accident/incident within the organization
Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations and industrial processes
Recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees’ exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards
Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing, based on those finding take preventive measurements.
Responsible for initiating HSE & Compliance related certification for all the plants/units

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical
Training/Trade Course: NEBOSH
Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skill, Communication skill, Maintenance Safety Management, Safety compliance
