Job Responsibilities
To develop the new samples as per buyer’s standard, specification and quality.
To follow-up lab-dip development and getting approval from the buyer’s end.
To follow-up the preparation of style, size set, seal samples with special care.
Prepare fabric swatch & trim card for buyer’s approval before bulk procurement.
Follow-up fabric & accessories booking & in-house follow-up as required.
Production Monitoring as per T&A
Follow-up the required quality standard from the beginning of inline inspection.
Communicate with planning/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.
Maintain required Management Information System (MIS).

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in AMT/ GMT Or
Masters in any Marketing with Diploma in Merchandising will get preference.

Age 27 to 30 years

Must have job experience with Tommy Hilfiger. Additional experiences with C&A, M&S, H&M, Target Australia and other reknowned buyers be an advantage.
The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in merchandising with large knit garments.
Execellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
