National Sales Manager – KKF Enterprises Division

Job Context
KK Foundation, Enterprise Division is a social initiative to empower educated unemployed youths, women and marginalized farmers and grooming up the abandoned street children to participate for income generating activities to bring better life, sustainable livelihoods, economic development, and building of human capacity, self-employed to turn them into sustainable entrepreneurships. KKF Enterprises also playing a vital role to establish a value chain linkage between the rural marginalized underprivileged producers & farmers and with the prospective urban markets to distribute the pure, unadulterated quality food products to the urban lives for ensuring best quality products directly sourced from the poor farmers. Also to ensure that the farmers can get reasonable price of their products by selling them in the prospective markets through KKF Enterprises` own sales & distribution channels. KKF also taking initiative to alleviate the post-harvest loss of agro products, poultry and fisheries sectors to contribute in the country`s agro based economy.
We are now looking for the self-motivated, hardworking and target oriented potential candidates for the following position who have multi-tasking ability to handle the KKF Enterprises social business operations like Gourmet Bakery, Chilled and Frozen Processed & Further Processed Food products in different sales channels throughout Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities
To formulate the realistic sales budget, strategies & policies along with effective short term & long term action plan to ensure profitability of the enterprises.
To be able to set up of distinguished distribution channel and should have well acquainted with Key Accounts, modern trade, Kiosk operation, online platforms etc.
Should be able to lead a large sales team.
To achieve monthly vis-à-vis annual sales target.
Should have ability to handle diversified multi category products mix.
To be frequent to travel throughout the country extensively.
To make liaise with inter departments functions of cross functional activities.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plan to penetrate new markets.
Special focus to be given on e-commerce and Kiosk based operation along with other channels.
Maintaining sales volume, product mix, supply and demand, monitoring costs, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors movement etc.
Employment Status

Educational Requirements
MBA or Master’s in any subject from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
8 to 12 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in FMCG QSR or Kiosk based operation Online Ecommerce

Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 40 years
Only males are allowed to apply
8 – 12 years of experience in any renowned National or Multinational company. 2-4 year work experience as National Sales Manager or equivalent position will be preferred. Age limit is relaxed for the outstanding performers.
Should be conversant in using computer e.g., MS Office, email etc.
Fluent in communication both in English & Bengali.
