Job Responsibilities
Proper control and valuation of inventory.
Review Plant expenses monthly and be proactive in cost control.
Complete monthly reporting of plant activity (including KPIs).
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly statistics.
Manufacturing order cost vs budget / target.
Manufacturing order efficiency vs budget / target.
Direct allocated cost analysis vs budget / target.
Indirect cost analysis vs budget / target.
Inventory management vs budget / target.
Continuous Improvement and KPI reporting (including operational efficiencies).
Capital projects performance reporting.
Supply Chain / distribution efficiency measurement.
Budgeting/ Forecasting / Planning.
Handle VAT issues with Circle and Divisional VAT offices.
Engagement with plant personnel including daily plant walks.

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Preferred Professional Certification: CA,CMA

Additional Requirements
Age 32 to 40 years

Expert knowledge of Excel, ERP and Accounting Systems and experience with Performance based measurement.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills while handling multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment.
Prior experience with long term strategic planning, investing analysis, cost management, capital budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis.
Good to have sound IT knowledge.
Good writing and communication skills.
Willingness to work under a team.
