PR & Communications Manager – Guardian Life Insurance Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Develop content, story pitches, press releases and reach out to local media to drive relevant press coverage for GLIL
Ensure that GLIL becomes and remains a “loved brand” through constant and efficient PR buzz by utilizing relevant network
Develop, maintain and manage strategic partner campaigns/partner plans, including reporting/analytics and regular reviews with active partners
Liaise with key internal stakeholders across functions to develop materials and content required to maintain a successful partner relationship
Take a data driven approach to plan, analyze and optimize rider and driver activation, engagement and reactivation campaigns.
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns for “EasyLife” in close collaboration with other Marketing teams, the Communication team, and in relation with Sales teams, according to the customer segments and business priorities
Provide market feedback to Marketing Head / Product Managers / Business Heads regarding activities undertaken (e.g. feedback / reaction on campaigns and promotional activities; opportunities for improvement, customer r queries).
Research and develop Campaign strategy including; target audience, budgets, plan KPIs and targeted media channels
Brief external providers (e.g. agencies) involved in Campaigns, as required
Develop analytical frameworks and metrics to measure ongoing business performance, understand key drivers, doing extensive market research and improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide inputs to the Marketing Head for preparation of marketing plans (existing and new products, roll out timelines, marketing expenditure, desired benefits).
Conduct potential mapping for the pipeline product (for example, development, testing, launch, growth, maturity).
Help develop our expertise in leveraging multi-channel communications across social media, email and newsletter marketing, etc.
Provide detailed planning and execution support for roll out of planned marketing initiatives to the Field sales team (for example, promotional tools, providing technical know-how, coordinating logistics for promotion programs).
Manage the production of off-line and online recurring and on-demand marketing content (sales support tools, product sheets, brochures, website, etc.) while respecting the best practices in terms of rationalization, making sure to segment according to the types of customers and distribution channels
Coordinate with the HO Marketing / External agencies (for example, co-marketing agencies, event management companies, ad agencies) for organizing promotion campaigns and other field marketing initiatives (For example, receiving brand material, proof-reading of leaflets and approvals, distribution to the field sales).

Educational Requirements
BBA/MBA major in Marketing/Accounting/Finance & Banking/Banking & Insurance/Management or related field
Experience Requirements
At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Both males and females are allowed to apply
6+ years of experience in service marketing field i.e telecom, MFS, bank, insurance, NBFI.
Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical
Proven experience in marketing activities
Strong level of copywriting and general writing skill (English & Bangla)
Intermediate level quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets)
Have a proven track record of delivering business results
Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about product
