Job Responsibilities
Follow up in-process product quality and 7QC tools related activities.
Follow up floor 5S, safety & hygiene.
Ensure the optimum quality of the Agri-machineries with Quality Standard.
Achieve daily inspection target & report to Line Manager timely.
Prepare operation standard, quality standard of inspection & apply to the team in a proper way.
Prepare daily direct pass ratio report.
Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.
Train new employees on inspection and repair procedures with operational standards.
Engage interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together.
Prepare daily quality reports & submit to Line manager at the Right time.
Provide technician control records at the right time.
Ensuring that staff complies with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
Perform any other task assigned by Line Manager.

Diploma or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ IPE.
Skills Required: Control, Quality
