Job Responsibilities
To observe the routine work of Security Guards & Security Supervisors.
To create strict discipline among the security personnel.
To prepare duty schedule of all the security personnel.
To arrange and conduct various security related training for the development of Security Guards and Security Supervisors.
To check, maintain and update all the registers that are maintained in the security post.
To detect and prevent offenses on the factory premises.
To report to the management timely regarding any incidents.
To maintain good relation with emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service.
Should have Knowledge about various Security Audit( GSV,SCAN, etc)
To tackle all emergency situations when arise.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments

Additional Requirements
Age at least 35 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Experience in Garment Sector as a Security Incharge.
Retired person from The Army, Navy & Air Force Will be preferred.
