Job Responsibilities
Taking full responsibility of Factory as well as Head Office. (HR, Admin and Compliance issues.)
Disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company.
Ensure that HR, Admin and Compliance Managers and Unit Managers effectively supervised by planning, organizing and delegating tasks to meet company’s goals and expectations.
Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer’s compliance instruction
Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of administration, HR, Compliance, Production & Security issues
Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyers requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits
To ensure all facilities involving health & safety specially fire safety measures and procedures.
Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
To resolve employees grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee.
To look after the transport of the factory.
Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.
Liaison with BGPMEA, BGMEA, BKMEA, BTMEA compliance auditors, Fire service & Civil Defense, etc.

Educational Requirements
MBA/ Masters in Human Resource Management from any reputed University.
Skills Required: Administration,Human Resources,Training& Development.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Age 25 to 30 years

Experience in Compliance Factory will be preference.
Good knowledge in Labour law 2006, health and safety in garment industry.
Highly energetic as needed to walk about the factory floors extensively.
Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
