Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for efficient and effective Shift in Charge;
To operate and maintain large volume of Flexible Packaging /Foil Packs products;
To carry out Production Planning and execute in production floor of the factory.
Taking necessary steps to optimize productivity along with maintaining standard.
Monitoring productions and take necessary corrective actions.
Ensuring rigorous efforts and coordination among workers of the production chain.
Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
Managing cost effective and sustainable operations in the factory.
Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain.
Ensuring that different production reports have reached the management in time.
Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
Skill development in the floor.
Labor Turnover and absenteeism control;
Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.

Educational Requirements
MSC or BSC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
In case of competent candidate, education may be relaxed.
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)

Age 35 to 45 years

Flexible Packaging Industry, Plastic printing & packaging Industry, Garments Poly Industry, Manufacturing.
Computer Literacy is essential;
Strong motivation and team management skill.
Good experienced for improvement in plant utilization and workers efficiency.
Creates positive energy and a sense of urgency in others for achieving targeted results by engaging worker in a way that creates a passion for the business.
Good in developing and executing new systems and process.
Knowledge in manufacturing and structured problem solving tools/techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
Able to work independently and proactively.
