Job Description / Responsibility
• Social Compliance Trainings and Audits
• Preparation of Training Material & Training Reports
• Training Delivery/ Scheduling and Follow-up of Tarinings to factory workers, Middle Management & Top Management
• Excellent knowledge on labour standards, social protection, fire and building law & COC matters
• Highly presentable, smart with excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
• Should be able to Travel

Educational Requirements
Minimum – Bachelor Degree in Social Science or Law (Emphasis on labor legislation) or Economics

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Age 30 to 40 year(s)

• Experience in the field of implementing labor and social protection legislation
• Experience in Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct/ Fire Safety & Building Safety
• Experience in delivering interactive training sessions to Factory Workers, Middle Management and Top Management
• Computer literacy and ability to effectively use office technology equipment
