Sr. Manager (Sales and Marketing) – Green Communication Ltd.

Job Responsibilities
Understand and evolve the company profile and product line
Research and scan the Dhaka Market and further explore the Bangladesh market
Business development opportunities (New clients and new opportunities with existing clients)
Update himself/herself on new updates and new developments with products and competition
Record and handle all products and process-related query, requests and complains
Handle each step of the Export function (order generation to receiving the products till warehousing)
Track and record enquiry details, sampling, prices, order placement, shipment & delivery
Co-ordinate with India office on all pending and upcoming tasks and keep the customer well informed about the same
Follow up on complaints, if any and ensure timely closure
Strong commitment towards clients and do competition mapping
Ensure that information on the movement of SKU’s of the buyer are monitored and shared on time
Post Shipment activities to be Monitored and close follow up till delivery of products
Payment follow-ups with Customer and check on any outstanding payment with accounts
Follow up with courier companies to ensure smooth import and export of samples and other-documentation required
Generate & present weekly reports (MIS, Sampling, Complains and Marketing) & update on turnaround-time
Record each enquiry in the system and follow up as per the timelines
Make targets for each buyer and keep a track of budget Vs. actual sales – buyer wise and region wise
Shipment schedule reporting and Planning

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

8 to 10 year(s)
