Job Description / Responsibility
Keep record of attendance & leaves and check TA/DA & other related bills in compliance to laid down policies and processes for executing efficient and effective operation of payroll management
Assist in effectively managing facilities for the factory and administer hygiene as per given standard
Execute final settlement of the employees and assist in recruiting new employees for the organization
Provide support in arranging meeting, training and communicating with the external and internal parties
Job Location: Ashulia, Dhaka
Minimum Graduation, PGDHRM is preferred

1 to 2 years relevant experience
