Job Context
SaltSync Ltd is looking for recruiting skilled System and Support Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for diagnose and resolve problems with hardware, software, and network issues, as well as look for and recommend updates to streamline processes.

Job Responsibilities
Experience in configuring Cisco, Mikrotik router MPLS, IPSec, GRE VPN, L3/L2 Tunneling, BGP, OSPF.
Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
The Setting, installing testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
To recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
IPV4, IPV6 knowledge, IP address planning, Local Network, Public Network.
Timely reporting on the log sheet with RCA for the rapid response to any glitches.
Proven knowledge to manage, design and implement latest practices for Cyber Security / Information Security Management in Corporate Industry.
Maintain all the Departmental activities, prepare all documentation of the running system and update the version control of documentation periodically as a part of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
