Area Sales Manager – Progoti Systems Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
We are looking for Area Sales Manager for SureCash Mobile Banking & Payment Services
Achieving all the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of respective area
Monitor distributor operations providing support in the assigned area
Prepare respective area’s sales plan and execute
Proper follow up to the TM’s, TO’s and others
Visiting MARKET to further strengthen existing sale channels
Monitoring stock flow, market movement and sales promotions to ensure successful execution
Involving actively in business session with various channel partners, distribution owners and key stake holders
Looking for new opportunities to expand SureCash business in the respective area
Maintaining liaison with sales operations, marketing, business development, trade marketing team for all sort of business related issues
Make sure that marketing collateral is available at all locations and displayed properly
Make sure that the outlook and interior at all locations are according to company standards
Identify training needs and conduct training to Territory Managers/Officers to brief them about any changes in company policies and procedures
Morning clinic with RM and TEAM members to discuss important issues and take guidelines for smooth operations
Inter and intra departmental coordination to resolve the issues coming from distributor operations
Meet company standards and KPI’s assigned for distributor operations
Maintain company rules and regulations and at the same time regulator compliance

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
Masters/ MBA/ BBA in Marketing/ Management from any reputed University

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Distribution/Supply Chain Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication, Wholesale
