Job Description / Responsibility
• Development and Implementation of marketing/sales plan for selling Land.
• Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information regarding Land project.
• Collecting and analyzing the data for preparing marketing and sales strategy.
• Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients
• Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of selling lands
• Ensure collecting of booking money, down payment and installments in time
• Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with clients
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Masters/ MBA in any discipline from reputed university.

• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
• Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
• Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
• Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
• The candidate should have target oriented.
