Job Description / Responsibility
• Achieve Monthly Secondary Sales Target.
• Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales staff.
• Ensure the accomplishment of sales goals by supervision at each locations and providing guidance to capitalize on sales.
• Ability to sell the Signature Network product.
• Train, motivate and coach a team of 4-6 Full time sales consultants, maintain regular morning meeting.
• Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
• Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals.
• Direct sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities.
• Foster an environment of open communication.
• Travel to each site regularly to meet any managerial needs of location.
• Organize regular communication with other members of management to ensure aligned support of location needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.
• Manage all staff in assigned territory and provide support and on-going training.
BBA/ MBA/ M.COM. For extreme experienced candidate other field education can be considered.
• Age At least 25 year(s)
• Excellent Communication skill with clients.
• Advance proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others and on teams.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decision quickly.
• Should be self driven, result oriented and hard working.
