Job Context
Takeout Ltd. is searching for an experienced Finance Analyst who is able to organize account activities as well as establish/up-date financial policies and prepare financial statements and analysis thereof
Job Responsibilities
Record all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedures/ systems/control to implement the plan.
Reconcile and organize the company’s tax and Vat issues including return submission, litigations, etc.
Ensure timely preparation of Bank Payment, Receipt, and journal voucher
Preparation of Financial Statements monthly. Annual preparation Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Cash Flow, Notes to the financial statements, and analysis thereof.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of budgets
Balance Cash & bank Book at the end of the day. Retrieves and returns bank from vault to workstation and return, to ensure accountability
Assist with monthly reporting, and other projects and analysis as assigned
To take necessary steps for opening/closing of the bank account
To carry out the responsibilities of the cash/treasury unit
To verify the bank reconciliation statement
Assist in accounts maintenance and audit work of foreign subsidiary
Help in preparation of Cash flow Forecasts
New Project Analysis
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Skills Required: Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax and VAT
