Executive Sales & Marketing – Bogra – Al-Faruque Bags Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
• Liaison with existing customers and create new customers and potential sale opportunities for Flexible Packaging, Garments poly, Zipper poly, etc.
• Develop the clients by maintaining good relationship & visiting their premises to evaluate their business strength.
• Must be target oriented, be able to fulfill responsibilities & monthly sales target.
• Actively perform all tasks relating sales and marketing.
• Present the product with an excellent outlook to our customers and with high level of professionalism.
• Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with buyers.
• Direct Selling/ Marketing skills by understanding client’s requirement.
• Able to dealings of international sales & marketing.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
• BBA/ MBA/ Masters/ Graduate (Marketing/ Commerce) from any reputed public or private university
• Educational Qualification may be relaxed for Experienced & Competent candidate

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)

• Should have good presentation skills & Excellent communication skills with learning attitude
• Should have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards the job
• Self-motivated, go-getting, articulate individual with a pleasing disposition
• Able to work in a team to promote and motivate teamwork
• Candidates having sales experience in sales of poly bags, hangers, Foil Pack and Plastic Products are being considered ideal candidate for this position.
• Should have flexible mindset to travel any area of Bangladesh to meet customers.
• Hard working, willing to undertake challenge & ready to work under pressure.
