Job Description / Responsibility
Receive phone calls from customers. Provide supports to customers over the phone as well as online. Enter customer complains or issues in our in-house software application. Resolve customer issues using our application software and communicate the resolutions to the customer over the phone. Make phone calls to customers as needed for following up with the customers. Explain procedures or steps to customers. Training of the systems and procedures will be provided to each hired executive.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in communications or similar field

Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing

Additional Job Requirements
• Only females are allowed to apply.
Must be flexible to work in day and night shifts. Must be a team player, and a self motivated, detailed oriented individual. Good oral as well as written communication skills in both Bangla and English. Must be computer literate. Must be a fast learner as each executive will be provided training to use our in-house developed software for providing supports to the customers.
