Job Description / Responsibility
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via e-mail and social media.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Maintain customer database.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.

Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree on Business Studies, Administration or Management.

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Supervision/Management

Job Requirements
• Age At most 35 year(s)
• Must have excellent written and verbal skill in both English and Bengali.
• Must have good listening, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work in any shift/roster.
