Executive Customer Support – Dhaka – Libra Computer Aid

Job Description / Responsibility
• Attend the service call at customer’s site
• Provide solution over telephone to the customer about the trouble shootings of the related products
• Ensure Service/ Maintenance of the assigned products within the given deadline.
• Respond and follow up the inquiries of the customer by using appropriate methods.
• Submit service reports to the Head of the Dept.
• Retain customer satisfaction by ensuring proper after sales service
• Must be smart, energetic, confident, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Electronics (EEE) from a recognized institute

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)

• Repair/ Maintenance of IT Products preferably Printers & UPS, basic knowledge about OS, software & hardware of computer
