Junior Officer , Finance & Administration – Sereni Enterprise Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
1. Monthly Bill checking and finalize with Operation team.
2. Maintaining all Office documents, vouchers and records.
3. Collect the expense Voucher/Money receipt from Operation Team.
4. Assist to the supervisor of making the Vendor’s payment.
5. Prepare Bank reconciliation end of the month.
6. Office maintenance Inventory management.
7. Monthly salary sheet prepare.
8. Scan and Upload the payment and receive docs in the system.
9. Making good relation with Bank to get the maximum facility for issuing LC & FTT.
10. Recording and processing office daily conveyance bills.
11. Other jobs assign by the management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor/ Masters in Accounting or Finance is preferable
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)

Age 23 to 30 years

Must be punctual on office time.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Must be polite and respectful.
Must speak proper English.
Should be well conversant with MS Excel/ MS office.
