Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager – HR & Admin – SS Steel Limited

Job Responsibilities
Check Daily Attendance of all employees & ensure necessary steps on it.
Organizing & maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data and updating any previous employees’ data.
Updating internal database like all leave records.
Prepare various HR documents including employment contracts, compensation list and more.
Handling Disciplinary action as per Law.
Final settlement preparation as per Law.
Assist new recruitment process and HR staff activities.
Help payroll preparation by providing up to date information on all employees, including sick leaves, leave of absence, overtime hours, work schedule etc.
Co- operates with all departments for smooth operation.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
PGDHRM would get preference
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cement industry, Corporate HR, Steel manufacturing, Steel Re rolling

Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Must Have experience: HR Operations, HR Policy, HR Service, HR Database Management
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in working in talent acquisition, employee performance evaluation and HRIS will get preference.
Well Conversant in IT based HR System and Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and amendments.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong technical skills required along with independent thinking, problem solving, HR software related experience will get preference.
