Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for total HR & Administration of the company
Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Policy, HR Policy and all other related policies of the company
Recruitment & selection, HRD, compensation and benefits, employee relations
Manage HRMS/HRIS, Leaves, Time, PIM, Payroll, Performance, Assets, Motivation, Retention etc
Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
Advise management on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes
Analyze and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices
Manage human resource outsourcing or staffing/placement business
Forecast future staffing and organizational needs
Ability to coach, motivate and retain employees
Manage a number of requests and tasks at one time and must be prepared to deal with emergencies and stressful situations at any time
An eye for detail, can manage and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
Skills Required: General HR, HRM

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)

Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Software Company
Additional Requirements
Age 26 to 35 years

The person should be skilled and competent enough to design develop and maintain standard administrative and human resource practices
Excellent Perception, communication and human energies skills
Have strong organizing capacity and be efficient in optimizing recourse with the highest level of discipline and order
Excellent in Computer, MS Office, Email and Internet
Well versed with modern HR policies and practices
Excellent language, interpersonal communication and people management skills
