• Manage and administer a team of Technical Support Executives
• Provide quality Technical Support at specified service points to ensure smooth and positive Technical support to customers.
• Ensure different targets are meet.
• Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting to the higher authority
Graduation or Diploma in Electronics
• At least 5 year(s)
• Practical Mobile Repairing knowledge
• Appropriate IT Knowledge
• Effective Technical skills to repair faulty handset, positive service mindset with helping attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy, knowledge in office application and internet literacy.
• 5 year(s) in relevant field
