Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for product developments & oversee the product line of bakery & pastry.
• Responsible for cost control & follow standard recipe.
• Maintaining Personnel Hygiene among all staff and if require need to train them properly.
• Responsible for product costing & pricing before implementing new products.
• Look after Bakery equipment’s maintenance as require.
• Responsible to train all staff for ensuring product quality, presenting & decoration.
At least HSC qualified.
