Job Description / Responsibility
• Performance reviews/management, HR compliance, employee relations, training and development.
• Look after employee relations, career development, training initiatives.
• Ensure that HR process and procedures are constantly communicated and administered to all officials and also keep Management informed.
• Help Sr. GM for workforce planning, skills assessment.
• Performance Management
• Reward/Recognition Management.
• HRM Management.
• Look after General Administration
• Should have knowledge in Computer.
MBA (Major in HRM)/Master’s from a reputed University with PGDPM/PGDHRM with strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
• At least 10 year(s)
Must have 10 years practical experience in similar position in a reputed national/multinational organization in relevant field.
