Deputy Manager – Customer Service (Garments Accessories) – Epyllion Group

Job Responsibilities
Closely work with planning dept. for production & delivery;
Monitor delivery to customer as per required date to meet OTD;
Coordinate with planning in production schedule plan to ensure on time delivery;
Monitoring production team to ensure on time delivery with required quality & quantity;
Provide feedback to customers about their queries and complains;
Work with MCD department by monitoring delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery as per customer requirement & to get pending challan from customer after goods delivery;
Communicate with commercial team for commercial documentations, needed for delivery & closing;
Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports;
Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well being of the organization, its business results and the happiness and well being of its stakeholders.

Educational Requirements
Graduation in Marketing/MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
7 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 32 to 36 years
Must have working experience in customer service with large garments accessories company.
Must have garments accessories market related knowledge.
Excellent communication & presentation skill, time management skill, record management skill.
Leadership and Team Building ability.
Problem solving and quick decision making ability.
