Job Description / Responsibility
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and reservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Educational Requirements
• MBA in HRM.
• PGD in HRM will be given preferences.

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments, Group of Companies, Manpower Recruitment, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 32 to 40 year(s)
• Proven working experience as HR manager
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
