Job Description / Responsibility
• Manage and develop procure & purchasing function for the company.
• Negotiate with local and international suppliers; prepare price comparisons, cost saving budgeting and targeting.
• Effective & proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet purchase deadline, demands for necessary.
• Active participation and involvement with supplier’s development project to increase the new and alternate suppler base.
• Managing supplier’s relationship and set service level agreement. Develop and upgrade purchasing team with quality matrix.
• Ensure in-time delivery of raw material, inventory control (minimum label & average use) and update system OR stakeholder.
• Maintaining & motivating the team members to get the better performance. Meeting factory procurement team regularly.
Masters/ MBA from reputed university.

• Excellent in Speaking and writing skill in English
• Strong analytical & interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
