Job Description / Responsibility
• Look after total Product Development activities.
• Trial related activities with BARI, BIRI & other concern authority.
• Look after of New & Existing Products.
• Documentations / prepare, follow through file & all documentation.
• Knowledge on Regulatory Affairs
• Conduct Training, workshop & demonstration as an when required.
• Develop long term vision and strategy of the Agro products portfolio while leading the planning and execution of market and brand growth
• Design portfolio strategies to improve market presence, reach, share and penetration
• Conduct product gap analysis including coordination with product development and R&D teams
• Manage the trial programs required to bring new products to commercialization
• Evaluate future market and product opportunities to optimise the portfolio.
• Identify and communicate key product benefits as we well as co-ordinate relevant product related training.
• Provide direction and supportive information for the development of new products and defence of existing generic products
• A sound understanding of broad acre, all seasons crop and horticulture cropping systems and their agronomic practices would be a distinct advantage.
• Liaison with different government offices (Khamarbai, DAE, SCA & different research organizations) to ensure overall registration procedures of seeds, pesticides and fertilizers
• Be upto date with new products coming into the market and be thoroughly researching for new products and development.

Agronomist, Production, Quality Controller /Assurance, Research, Sales & Marketing, Horticulture
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Requirements
• Age At least 25 year(s)
Experience on Product Development in any Reputed Pesticide Company for at least 5-10 years in the similar position.
