QA & Support Executive – Commlink Info Tech Limited

Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare test plan/scripts and write test cases
• Prepare test bed/platform and execute system administration
• Perform software testing activities withtool/programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environment and acknowledge development team about defects/test result
• Perform software support activities, such as, client call handling, visit client premises for support etc
• Prepare Support Documentation, such as, User manual, Training manual etc
• Keep track of IT assets

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
B.Sc./ Diploma degree in CSE/ ICT/ CS or equivalent degree from reputed Institution

Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Have target for being expert Software QA and testing professional
• System and network related problem solving capability
• Ability to face new testing challenges
• Must be pro-active and able to execute tasks efficiently
• At least 1-2 years in software Testing and QA
• Experience of working with testing tools, such as, load runner, jMeter, selenium
• Familiar with Linux environment
• Knowledge of DBMS, Software development life cycle, web service testing is a plus
