Manager Sales – Divine Group

Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of sales objectives.
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market
• Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
• Prepare quarterly, monthly and annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand, market growth analysis and significant business growth.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Supervise field forces through field visits, observation and measurement of results.
• Maintain national sales staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
• Ensure effective management of distribution channels and provide necessary guidelines to the field forces to monitor the daily activities of the channel members.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales performance.

Masters in any discipline from a reputed university/ institute

Business Development, Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Market Research
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Job Requirements
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Should have leadership capability and enough confidence for establish the brand
• The ideal candidate should have 5 – 6 years working experience in SALES AND DISTRIBUTION of Imported cosmetics and food products in any renowned company where he should serve at least 2-3 years in a similar position.
