Job Description / Responsibility
Gather all necessary information and write reports in coordination with the Manager and Issue Manager for IPO/stock enlistment
Assist in implementing the rules and regulations of BSEC, RJSC, DSE, CSE and CDBL while seeking any permission and during submission of documents
Support to ensure that the company complies with all applicable codes and the legal & statutory requirements

Educational Requirements
CA part qualified and Masters in Accounting/ Finance from reputed university

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
2 to 3 years with at least 1 year experience in a stock enlisted company
Sufficient knowledge on The Companies Act and BSEC Rules
Should have the ability to contribute in overall tasks in order to meet the requirements of BSEC approval for public limited company
