Job Responsibilities
Regular Tasks: Technical Presentation, Requirement Gathering, Client Visit, Proof of Concept, Capacity Planning, Solution Proposal, Service operations
Solution Coverage: Networking Solutions (Active, Passive Network), Network Security Solutions, Data Center, Server & Backup Storage Solutions, Cloud & Hosting solutions, Email Server & Security Solutions, Virtualization Solutions, Access Control, Surveillance, IP PBX, IT Enabled Services etc.
Solution Sizing, Solution Design, BOQ Preparation, Analysis, OEM to OEM BOQ Comparison, Benchmarking, OEM independent sizing preparation
Participate in and drive elements of the pre-sales process to understand customer business, technical objectives, and product requirements
Ability to develop Vision, Strategy, and roadmap deliverables to meet technical solutions
Communicate with customers and suppliers in order to complete jobs under taken, successfully
Follow upon sales leads. Managing orders and supply chain. Monitoring and collection of account receivables. Managing and resolving disputes/ discrepancies
Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact; Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with Partners and distributors
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Able to manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through closing and after sales service
Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor in Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, IT, BIT, ECE, ETE, ME equivalent
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s) in Pre-Sales related field
Professional Certification: CCNP Must, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Microsoft, Data Center, etc. at least Associate Level; Other Certification and training on relative fields e.g. Microsoft, VMware, Data Center, etc. will be added advantage
Having Good knowledge of the ICT Industry (Govt., Defence, Private Sector)
Having experience in B2B sales in the Computer Hardware & Networking solutions or ITES industry
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player along with the ability to work independently
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
