Job Responsibilities
Prepare plan and design of buildings and communities along with a team of Architects.
Coordinate with consultants, in house Engineering department and representatives of architectural related vendors.
Capable to prepare detail working drawing, specifications and BOQ.
Carry out site visit and ensure the project is running on time.
Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Architecture from any reputed university
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Auto CAD
Sketch Up/3D Max
Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator
Lumion, Vray or other rendering software
02/03 Years’ experience in related field
Sound knowledge in all types of buildings & Interiors design & drawing.
Able to think a modern concept & make fine visual presentation on any 3D visualize
Capable of design development, engineering coordination, project management and project supervision
