Outlining disciplinary action policy and formalizing the procedures with the view to implementing the mechanism of taking disciplinary action against those who are going against company’s rules.
Conducting enquiry/ investigation for implementing proper investigative rules and regulation as per the land of law, labour law and company policy ensuring rights for employer and employee.
Prescribing corrective actions and outlining disciplinary measures to be taken when organization’s SOP/ policy/ procedure/ system is violated.
Working with the objective of creating a sustainable culture which contributes to upholding company’s mission, vision and values and ensuring cessation of any such deviation.
Developing, reviewing, updating and maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures and policies of all departments and taking necessary actions to implement within the organization.
Preserving all kind of documents related to disciplinary actions procedure properly.
