Assistant Manager – Manama Developments Ltd. – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Meet with Key Customers and assists the Sales Team with maintaining relationships and Closing deals.
Responsible for digital Marketing Strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blog).
Follow up Sales and Promotional Activities.
Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.
Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.
Create market and Achieve Monthly & Yearly Sales Target.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized University.

Additional Requirements
more years working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
Sufficient Knowledge on Land/ Real Estate/ Developer Business and present market scenario.
Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
Capability of convincing Prospect.
Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
Must have Excellent Communications & Presentation Skills.
